This great article details the mentoring efforts of Rockwell Collins. There are some interesting possibilities for our own mentoring program. Specific to mentoring in the MDE Buddy Program is the short list of what Rockwell employees valued in their mentoring relationships as well as ideas for expanding the mentoring relationship and sharing knowledge in various ways.
